Treatments & Pricing
All treatments are available in 60-minute or 90-minute sessions:

Treatment 60 min 90 min Focus
Traditional Thai Massage (Nuad Thai) £60 £90 Pressure points, assisted stretching, work along the body's Sen (energy) lines to release tension and restore flexibility
Thai Deep Tissue Massage £60 £90 Targeted for chronic muscle problems — soreness, injury, imbalance. Therapist uses knuckles and elbows to work deep into muscle and connective tissue
Thai Oil / Aromatherapy Massage £60 £90 Combines Thai techniques with natural blended oils and aromatherapy. Smooth flowing strokes focus on back, shoulders and neck; improves circulation, reduces stress, supports sleep
Aromatherapy (Swedish-style) Massage — — Full-body Swedish massage combined with essential oils for emotional and physical relief, mood lifting and pain easing

Repeated treatments make for the best results, framing massage as both preventive (counteracting future pain) and corrective (relieving current muscle tension from illness, age, or physical activity).

Technique-focused, pain-management mindset: pressure is paced to suit each client session by session, and flow-style stretches are designed to help manage discomfort rather than push through it.
