Swedish Body Massage uses a range of techniques adapted to your needs — improving skin condition, lymph drainage, muscle warmth, and breaking down adhesions. Hot Stone Therapy layers Swedish techniques with warm stones to encourage deeper muscle relaxation, increased blood flow, stress relief, and the body's natural detoxification. Pregnancy Massage is available from after the first trimester and complements regular medical care. Foot Pamper includes an exfoliating foot scrub followed by a relaxing foot massage with oils and creams.
