What Each Treatment Involves:

Soft Relaxing – Swedish-style with unscented oil (or hot Vitamin E-rich Apricot Kernel Oil); slow pace, light pressure. Can be done over clothes or towels.

Deep Tissue – Firm pressure targeting deeper layers of muscle tension; pressure is adjustable. Techniques are similar to sports massage, aimed at releasing
tight tissue and alleviating pain and spasm.

Hot Stone – Heated stones placed on the body to radiate warmth into tense muscles, combined with massage strokes. Particularly effective for rheumatic/arthritic conditions, back pain, and stress.

Thai Herbal Compress – Specially selected herbs wrapped in cloth and steamed to release essential oils. The heated compress is applied to the skin throughout the massage, combining deep heat with aromatherapy to relieve stiff muscles and joints and ease mental fatigue.
