Massage — Combines Swedish techniques with targeted therapeutic work. Options range from a focused 45-minute tension release (back, neck, shoulders) to a luxurious 90-minute ritual using Hot Stones or Warm Bamboo for deep, full-body relaxation.

Face & Body Rituals — The Relaxation & Radiance Ritual pairs a full body massage (with optional hot stones) with an express facial (deep cleanse, exfoliation, mask, tone, moisturise). The Restore & Nourish Ritual combines gentle body brushing exfoliation with a full body massage to smooth skin and promote circulation. The Radiance Boost Facial is a standalone 45-minute Vitamin C facial with head, neck, arm & hand massage.

Reiki & Holistic Therapies — A 45-minute Reiki session is a gentle, non-intrusive energy therapy (fully clothed, light hand placements) to promote balance, calm the mind, and restore inner harmony. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle, light-touch treatment using slow, rhythmic movements to support the body's natural lymphatic drainage, reducing puffiness and promoting relaxation.

Oasis Massage Therapy is run by Philippa, a qualified Holistic Massage and Reiki Practitioner with over 10 years of experience. Philippa holds a Diploma in Holistic Massage from the Massage Training Institute (described as the UK's gold standard for holistic massage training), and is additionally qualified in Hot Stone Massage (Federation of Holistic Therapists), Aromatherapy Facial Massage (Scottish Massage Schools), Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Usui Reiki.

Her journey into massage began as a client herself — she used massage for injury recovery and relaxation, and was inspired to create a space where others could experience the same transformative benefits.
